1. Digital Products
- No Returns or Refunds: Once a digital product has been delivered (i.e., a license key has been provided or the software has been downloaded), it is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded. This policy applies to all VSTs, DAWs, virtual instruments, and other software products.
- Defective Products: If you encounter technical issues or defects with the software, please contact our support team at support@hiroaudio.com. We will work with the product manufacturer to resolve any issues. Refunds or exchanges may be issued at the manufacturer's discretion.
2. Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders for upcoming software releases can be canceled for a full refund up until the release date. After the release date, the same rules for digital products apply.
3. Duplicate Purchases
- If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within 48 hours of the purchase. We will verify the purchase and issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact our support team at support@hiroaudio.com with your order details, including the order number and the reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
